What you may give us
This may include your name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery locations, preferred date, inventory, item dimensions, access information, notes and any photos you later choose to send.
How the Move Builder works
Your inventory, access choices and contact details remain in your browser until you choose to open WhatsApp or email. If you use the free distance estimate, the pickup and delivery location searches are sent to OpenStreetMap-based geocoding and routing services to calculate an approximate driving distance. You can review the prepared quote message before sending it. Once sent, the relevant messaging or email provider also processes that information under its own privacy terms.
Why we use the information
- To understand the route, inventory, access, crew and vehicle needed.
- To prepare, discuss and follow up your quote.
- To plan and provide a booked move safely.
- To manage payments, queries, claims and required business records.
Who may receive it
We do not sell your personal information. We may share relevant job details with the assigned Breezy crew or a service provider when it is reasonably necessary to quote, coordinate or complete your move, or when the law requires it.
Keeping and protecting it
We limit access to people who need the information for the job and keep it only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose it was collected, business records, safety or dispute handling.
